Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel a booked consultation by contacting us at least [5 hours/ 1 day] before your scheduled appointment via phone, WhatsApp (+91 80502 58111), or email (care@uwayhealth.com).

2. Late Cancellations / No-Shows

Cancellations made less than [1 hour] before the appointment, or missed appointments without prior notice, [may be subject to a rescheduling fee / may not be eligible for a refund — fill in actual policy].

3. Treatment Program Cancellations

For multi-session treatment programs, cancellation terms will be shared at the time of enrollment. Please refer to your program agreement or contact your care coordinator for specific terms.

4. Doctor-Initiated Cancellations

 If UWAY needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment (e.g., due to doctor unavailability), we will notify you as early as possible and offer the next available slot at no additional cost.

5. How to Cancel
“Agreement” means the terms and conditions as detailed herein including all schedules, appendices, annexure, privacy policy and will include the references to this Agreement as amended, supplemented, varied or replaced time to time.
